Use of Our Website

You are only entitled to make personal use of this Website. You are not allowed to download, modify or use any section of this Website for any purpose beside for Permitted Uses, including resale or commercial use. thai-evisa.com is a private owned website maintained by a private entity.

Refund Policy

As soon as you apply for the Tourist eTA, our team processes the due fee payment for your application. Because of that, no refund request of the service fee will be accepted. We only refund, on request, those application for eTA travel authorizations denied by the government of Thailand(See "Our services" link). We refund ONLY the government border authorization charge (XX$) but not the services fee. This is the only case in our policy that applies for a refund.

The Service Charge of XX Euro for each Tourist eTa application is required to pay the Government border protection fee and to pay the offered processing service fee.

Declaration

thai-evisa.com is a private information website and is not affiliated nor have any connection with the government of Thailand nor with its website (https://www.thaievisa.go.th/). You can apply independently for your tourist eTA at a cost of (XX$) plus transaction fees, but in that case, we cannot offer any help and support regarding these applications.

Data Collection

The personal information that can be collected on the website is mainly used by the publisher to manage communication with you, and if necessary for the processing of your orders. They are recorded in the client file of the publisher, and the file thus developed from personal data is declared to the CNIL.

For security reasons and to avoid any fraudulent request, this request must be accompanied by a proof of identity. After processing the request, the proof will be destroyed.
